The biggest learning is really about the importance of creating clarity when working with colleagues, stakeholders, and even competitors. This program helped me experiment with new ways to communicate and lead initiatives more effectively.

This journey has really shown that we all care so much about the same thing and we all want the same thing. There is so much to achieve by working, supporting, and inspiring each other. I've learned I can rely on that and lean on that in a way that I wasn't sure I could before.

There are many like-minded people out there with the same ambitions, energy, and struggles. Many people want to support, engage, and join forces, so it's quite easy to connect and you're not alone.

Leading from a place of clarity about what I want to achieve and where I want to take people, rather than viewing leadership as a separate role. It’s about following my genuine purpose and inspiring others to join me on that journey.
