About the learning journey

Join the free virtual "Mindfulness for Changemakers" community of practice. Explore the benefits of practicing mindfulness and connecting with other changemakers.

Every alternate Thursday, engage in a 45-minute session crafted for changemakers. Access useful tools and practices tailored to enhance your personal development and leadership skills. Through community participation and focused sessions, develop the capacity for greater presence. Learn techniques for stress management, resilience building, and self-care to mitigate burnout risks. Deepen your emotional intelligence, focus, and productivity through structured learning.

These gatherings will also provide a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals from around the world who are committed to creating positive change and want to share their practices and experiences with each other.

This offer is not hosted by Ashoka. It is an initiative that emerged at Ashoka’s Changemaker Wellbeing Hub. It is a self-organized community stewarded by Adam Molyneux-Berry, Luzette Jaimes, and its active community members. It integrates the advice, wisdom, and support of many changemakers and practitioners in the field of leadership, personal development, psychology, mindfulness and wellbeing.

  • Interactive Sessions: Foster meaningful connections and collaborations, discussing topics relevant to changemaker leadership.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness: Learn practical techniques tailored for changemakers, empowering focus and well-being.

  • Peer Sharing and Experienced Facilitators: Gain valuable insights from experienced facilitators and from other Changemaker peers who are integrating wellbeing in their work and life.

You created a wonderful container and facilitated the engagement so gracefully. What a great sense of solidarity to be in this conversation with others across the world. Yet, at the same time it felt like an intimate and "close in" space to me.
