UNLOCKING AGENCY

Creating lasting social impact in today's increasingly polarized and complex world often involves bridging differences, navigating power imbalances, and working across sectors. It also means supporting others to take an active role in creating change. But how do we continue to unlock people's agency when so many feel increasingly disempowered?  

This workshop series is rooted in Ashoka's vision of Everyone a Changemaker, and invites changemakers across Europe who are already activating – or would like to activate – other people to change the status quo. The series explores how to unlock power and agency in others, strengthen collaborative skills, and sharpen the inclusive tools needed to drive impact.  

Through four standalone workshops, offered free of charge, participants will explore four key themes: Systems Change, Collaborative Changemaking, Inclusive and Equitable Changemaking, and Impact Measurement. Participants are welcome to register for any or all of the workshops in the series.
